The idea
The value is accumulation and curation, tailored to one life. A procedure that has to be re-learned every time is not a skill. A note that cannot be found is not knowledge. The public face of this site is this page. The working OS sits behind a gate.
How it runs
Skills are workflows, not prompts. Encode the whole expert process so it never has to be re-learned.
Curate ruthlessly. Few, vetted, ours. Collecting tools is not the same as compounding.
Gather intent, then run. A short brief, then the work happens on its own.
Trust is earned. New automations start read-only. Write, send, and delete are granted later, one action at a time.
Compound; don’t re-read. Keep a map. Every session should build on the last. Label facts and guesses.
Multiply one capture. Once something is written down, it can become many forms. The capture is the scarce step.
